Hemlock Hollow's music ranges from their own interpretations of sixties rock such as the Beatles, the Rolling Stones, the Grateful Dead, as well as traditional folk, blue grass, and classic country music.

1:30PM - Darcie Miner

Pennsylvania Americana singer/songwriter delivers raw emotion in each performance. Heart-on-her-sleeve lyrics and a wide open voice, this petite singer with Gibson in tow, brands her own version of romantic realism. She has toured with Edwin McCain and has opened for names such as Patty Griffin, Richard Thompson, Ian Anderson, Jeffrey Gaines, Heart, Darius Rucker and more. Darcie's songs have been played on WXPN'S World Cafe show with David Dye and she performs the song "Ohio" on the Neil Young Tribute Album "Cinnamon Girl - Women Artists Cover Neil Young". Darcie is currently recording a full length record for later in 2009. Darcie will be accompanied by Guitar & Steel Pedal Guitar player Jimmy Patton.

2:30PM - The Gliders

Artists such as R.E.M, Tom Petty, Son Volt and Wilco make music that is direct, honest, and uniquely American. The Gliders have continued to develop this sound, relying on straight-ahead guitar based arrangements of original songs. The Gliders are Bob Martin on bass, Eric Zimmerman and Bill Nork on guitar, and Mike Sgrignoli on drums. Their motto "You can't beat two guitars, bass and drums".

3:30PM - The Don Johnson Project http://c4.ac-images.myspacecdn.com/images01/2/l_d4cf52fa0461ea697f84c24725fce23b.jpg

Trixi's vocals sound like Norah Jones. Some say Don's guitar is Hendrix and more. Mark makes his PRS talk to ya' and LeRoy and Doug, well, they are as solid as solid gets! Come out to hear the band and decide for yourself. This funky, bluesy 5-piece band sounds like many artists you know and love. Their music gets people out of their chairs and on the dance floor! Their song list includes some originals and lots of Motown (oldies), classic R & B, a little rock, a little jazz, and a bunch of blues. Two-time winners of the Blues Society of Central Pennsylvania's competitions for entry into the 2008 and 2009 International Blues Challenges in Memphis, Tennessee.
